A congregational meeting is scheduled for Sunday, February 23. During this gathering, we will celebrate the past year's achievements and share our plans for the year ahead. The agenda is below:

• Special Motion Regarding the Piano
  • “As the piano is our main source of music for worship and needs to be replaced, that the St. Andrew’s Church congregation establish a piano replacement fund to collect between $25-40K to buy a replacement piano and that the first $10K collected from the congregation be matched with funds from the Trustee Funds up to a ceiling of $10K. Any excess funding collected by the piano fund will become part of the general budget.” (moved by Klaas Broersma and seconded by Charlene Wiest)
• Special Motion Regarding Surplus Funds for Exterior Refurbishment
  • “That the excess from the exterior funds project be redirected for ongoing interior refurbishment.” (Moved by Charlene Wiest and seconded by Terry Jowsey)
